Orders currently accepted on our e-commerce site for most countries. If your country does not appear from your VPN, please send us an email at Shop@UFOcontemporary.com and we will get back to you. UFO ships to all countries as legally permissible. Prices on the UFO ecommerce site are in U.S. dollars and will convert to your language and your currency via VPN.
Payment Method
UFO accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Japan Credit Bureau, and Diners Club.
Ordering Is Easy
- Select the UFO style you want in the color and size you would like.
- Click on the red “Add to cart” button.
- When you are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon labeled “Cart” on the top right of the UFO Shopping website.
- You will be directed to a page labeled “Your Cart.” Here, you can edit the quantity of an item you are ordering. You can click “Update” and the quantities of items you wish to purchase should now appear.
- Select the red “Check out” button when you are ready to pay. You will be required to enter your payment method information, shipping information, and your billing address. IT IS IMPORTANT TO ENTER THE SAME BILLING ADDRESS AS THE ADDRESS YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS ON FILE.
- Shortly after placing your order with UFO, you shall receive an order confirmation with your order number.
- Upon your order shipping, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.
- Please make note of your email address you are using to place your order to insure that you will receive your order confirmation and shipping confirmation notifications. It is possible notifications will arrive in your spam/trash email box, please check these email boxes for any notifications.
- Orders are processed and shipped in approximately 5-6 business days.
Problems Ordering
The most common solution to a problem placing your order is to make sure you have entered your correct billing address and payment information, including all credit card numbers.

Shipping & Delivery Information
Orders are packed and shipped via UPS SurePost or UPS Ground, Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed within 5-6 business days from the order date. Remember that business days do not include weekends and holidays. Please note, it typically takes carriers 24-36 hours to post your tracking information once your order is shipped. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until the information is resolved.
We ship to all 50 states in the United States and its territories/possessions. UFO also ships to most countries internationally. If you are seeking UFO products to be shipped to a location that is not located in the 50 continental United States and it's territories/possessions or any country not on our e-commerce site, please note that we ship to every country world-wide as USA law permits. All shipping and handling charges on returned items are not refundable.

International Shipping
For deliveries outside the USA additional fees might apply including those imposed by your country’s government, such as taxes and duties in addition to customs and carrier fees. These fees are your responsibility and UFO does not accept refused packages, which in most instances are destroyed and not returned to UFO. Please know your additional fees prior to placing your order by contacting your local customs office. Many countries on our e-commerce platform offer you the option to pay for many of your fees enforced by your government while placing your order. You may choose this option if you please.
Should you not receive your shipping confirmation from our international partner Glopal/Asendia within 21 days of receiving notice that your order has shipped, it's your responsibility to notify Glopal/Asendia and UFO that you have not received confirmation from Glopal/Asendia. If you cannot track your order on the Glopal/Asendia website, you must notify both Glopal/Asendia and UFO with your GLA number. Please note, our international shipping partner does not accept claims after 45 days should your order not be received, so you must advise them and UFO prior to the 45 day deadline.

Return & Exchange Policy
UFO can accept returned merchandise or merchandise to be exchanged for up to 21 days from the shipping date. The UFO products must be in the same condition being returned as they were delivered. This refers not only to the clean, unwashed original condition of the products, but the products must have all original tags and labels attached and must be placed in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, items received after the 21-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. Your package will be returned to you at your expense or a minimum charge of a 15% restocking fee may apply. If we receive a return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit or exchange will be processed. Please note, shipping charges will be deducted from items returned for refund.
For exchanges and returns, simply address your return package to the address below. Due to issues with the Postal Service, we cannot suggest using USPS, but if that is your choice, it must be with Adult Signature Required to confirm UFO has truly received your parcel. We highly recommend using a carrier that has tracking information to confirm the items were shipped out and received. However, without an Adult Signature Required, US Postal Service can only be confirmed as received once UFO confirms receipt through the Return/Exchange process. You must include a note with your name, telephone number, email address, and order number. Please write your 4 digit order number on the outside of your parcel in the lower left corner. Please include on your note your instructions for your exchange request such as size, etc. or if it is a return.

All returns and exchanges must be sent pre-paid of all shipping charges, UFO does not pay the cost associated with returning your item.
Reshipment charges may vary by weight and method of shipment.
We can only accept returned merchandise or exchange merchandise for products shipped within the US. This policy does not apply to international orders.
All returned goods are subject to inspection prior to refund or exchange and must meet the requirements as noted above.

Returning Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Goods Shipped
If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or wrong goods shipped, contact UFO immediately. In order to qualify for a return or an exchange, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your product(s) to receive a return authorization number, which must be noted in the lower left corner of your returned parcel. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all its tags and labels intact.

Privacy Policy
UFO values our customers/visitors and respects your concerns about the privacy of your personal information and data security. Our ecommerce site is hosted by Shopify which takes great pain in ensuring the security of our users’ personal information.
When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), the transmission of that information is encrypted and protected by Secure Socket Layer Technology, (SSL), which is the best encryption software in the industry.
While Shopify is protecting your information online, UFO takes every precaution to protect your information offline. All of the private information that is sent to UFO is restricted in our offices. We do not share your information with other parties.

Tracking Your Order Status:
After your order has been packed and shipped, UFO will send you an email confirmation shipment along with a tracking number.
